职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责销售团队进行一线管理；
2、负责管理并组建团队，带领团队成员开拓中、高端理财客户，为客户提供专业的理财服务；
3、能够指导下属的日常工作，拓展个人及渠道业务；
4、负责员工的日常业务培训工作，负责下属的日常培训和工作支持；
5、能够高效、准确地配合上级领导完成公司下达的各项工作任务和团队业绩目标。

岗位要求：
1、专科及以上学历，金融、营销、管理等专业优先考虑；
2、具有3年以上金融行业工作经验，1年以上金融行业团队管理经验；
3、有强烈的时间观念和服务意识，灵活熟练的谈判技巧，有一定客户资源为优；
4、准确的业务分析能力，能够为客户制定高质量的理财计划；
5、工作认真负责有耐心，具有较强团队合作精神和工作热情；
6、沟通顺畅，具有良好的人际交往能力、客户沟通及维系客户关系的能力。 举报 分享
