Designation:
？ Position Data Quality Support
        Report to Quality & Process Controller
General Responsibilities:

Assist Quality & Process Controller to conduct controlling routine task & data quality check including general data quality for overall China and for specific Key Customers based on SOPs.
Detailed Responsibilities:

General Data Quality Checks
？ Understand company policy & standard of data quality to ensure data standard align with Group & Company policy.
？ Generate system report and filter out the non-compliant records.
？ Distribute the records to related staff and follow up until correction had been made.
？ Analyze the cause of non-compliance and guide user on correction.
？ Escalate the analysis result to superior and give improvement suggestion if possible.

KAM Data Quality Checks
？ Study Key Account SOP regarding data quality requirements to ensure data standard align with customer SOP.
？ Receive GASS report and follow up until correction had been made.
？ Analyze the cause of non-compliance and guide user on correction.
？ Escalate the analysis result to superior and give improvement suggestion if possible.

SOP Support
？ Working together with team for SOP / IOP / WI Management.
？ SOP / IOP / WI expiration review, update reminding, update collection and release.
？ Work with departments to update SOP whenever necessary.

Various Daily Support
？ Various quality document filing;
？ Spot management report requirements support;
？ Back up other team members when necessary;
？ Other tasks assigned by the superior.
Competency & Qualifications:
Fluent English in reading, writing & speaking;
Familiar with MS office; Good at excel skill;
International Trade Knowledge such as INCO Terms; Forwarder knowledge preferred.
College or above
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Proactive, careful, good communication skill, cooperative and solution oriented, comprehensive thinking.
