- Review report from Genpact Indirect team and retain team to ensure Indirect payment timely and accuracy.
- Coordinate with Genpact team and retain team to conduct Indirect payment process consistent with The company policy. Review regular report to ensure compliance to policy.
- Lead team to handle E2E doc transfer and recon, GRIR reconciliation and aging clearing and missing invoice tracking etc. process.
- Provide P2P process training to The company users.
- Support system/policy updates in The company and work with Genpact team to implement accordingly.

-Genpact CSL/KPI review to improve Indirect process efficiency and quality
- Provide support to team for issue solution
- Work with The company business department to understand P2P process and company policy
- Assist internal/external audit
-Team management

- Participate related project and work with project team
- Other work assigned by line manager
Minimum 4-5 years experience in accounting or financial analysis. An advanced degree and 1 year of business experience may be acceptable in lieu of 2 years accounting or financial analysis experience.
Communication/Language: Effective verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English, including presentations. Good communication skill with customers.
