实习期要求：3~6个月

Key responsibilities:
? Extracting invoices and needed details from emails received from internal and external contacts
? Identifying and sorting invoices by corporate division
? Scanning the invoices into the Markview system
? Checking and processing invoices with matching purchase orders
? Checking and auditing employee business expenses using the Oracle iExpense system.
? Other Processing activities as time/interest allow, including monitoring the inquiries received by the AP department, researching issues that arise during normal business, running reports from the Oracle and Brio systems, assisting other accounts payable teammates as needed, etc.
Qualifications
? Possess a positive and proactive attitude to resolve problems.
? Understanding of basic financial and word processing software (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.).
? Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
? Ability to communicate in written and spoken English language (preferred, NOT required).
? Strong collaboration and cross-functional communications skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
