职位描述

Main duties & responsibilities:

-Proactively manage Customer forecast requirements in the European fulfillment Centres.
-Identify spikes in demand on the forecast and agree with the customer how these will be handled and who will assume cost liability
-Micro manage adhoc requests made by the customer and agree cost position up front to minimize exposure to RRD.
-Present hub Performance scorecard detail weekly at Operations review meeting, highlighting focus areas.
-Escalate component shortages with the relevant owners and with the customer
-Be the point of contact for Customer support escalations with the Customer support helpdesk.
-Meet individual performance goals as identified.
-Comply with and adhere to, all Environmental, Health & Safety, and Quality ISO standards.
-Comply with and adhere to, all 5S standards
-Comply with and adhere to, all procedures relating to planning activities.
-Comply with and adhere to, all Rules and regulations set out in the company employee handbook.
-Liaise with: Operations, Warehouse Inventory Departments and customer regarding all materials planning.

Essential Requirements

-Three to Five years working in a similar Customer facing environment
-An excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications is a requirement, ie Excel Word / Access
-Excellent communication skills, the ability to work cross-functionally to meet customer commitments and challenging deadlines
