职位描述
1 Is the group leader of the process research group, and is a member of Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Control management team.
2 Lead and supervise process R&D for non-clinical services both internally and externally for preclinical and early clinical studies.
3 Supervise non-GMP and GMP manufacturing based on project needs. Work with quality manager to ensure quality compliance of manufacturing activities.
4 Manage collaborations with CRO/CMO for outsourcing activities for all the China projects and global projects. Provide interim and final deliverable within project time line and budget requirements.
5 Serve as the lead person for regulatory related activities for drug substances, including CTA document preparation.
6 Serve as the key contact person, and is responsible to align the China R&D practices to global standards.
7 Lead a group of 5-6 people with anticipated steady head count increase based on portfolio needs. and is responsible for subordinates' performance management and career developments.
