Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager- LCL Product, China
Department: Ocean freight
Report to: General Manager - LCL & Rail Product, China
Location: Shanghai

Job Duties:
-Develop to expand LCL Product in China by Sea & by Railway
-Maintain good relationship with local co-loader and carriers especially railway
-Assist all branches in completing the LCL & Rail product quotation and multimodal project bidding and secure logistics scheme reliability and credibility
-Maintaining good relationship with existing customers, following up their cargo status, meanwhile to dig out the potential client in the market for expanding the client group
-Work closely with branch Ocean Freight Manager, coordinate both strategic and tactical plans to launch new LCL consolidation services and expand existing consolidation services
-Closely coordinate with each branch & overseas to drive LCL consolidation service growth in order to achieve the target of expansion of new LCL consolidation services
-Define and monitor KPI report for volume statistics and analysis in order to launch more new consolidation services
-Develop LCL consolidation training material to support local sales and network sales to sell LCL products effectively
-Provide guidance to support the local operations team and overseas to launch and expand the LCL consolidation services
-Set up and monitor transshipment process from different origin to consolidation hub (e.g. SHA, SZX, HKG, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience:
-5 years marketing working experience or above in freight forwarding or shipping industry with solid LCL product knowledge
-Has steady LCL clients and familiar with railway product is preferred
-Has practical knowledge and experience of freight forwarding handling and railway transportation
-Quickly action on the rail inquiry to secure the quotation offered to both inland and oversea client on time
-Mature, able to work independently, resourceful and self-driven with a strong sense of commitment
-Ability to work across functionally and build effective partnership relationships internally and externally
-Strong numerate, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to identify improvement opportunity
-Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, leadership skills and ability to work under pressure
-Proficiency in MS Word, Power Point and Outlook, especially MS Excel and Chinese word processing
-Good command written and spoken English and Chinese( Mandarin) 举报 分享
