About the role and responsibilities角色与责任:

This position is located in the CL&D department. This role is responsible for:

- Customer PO management

- Customer Demand Planning / Delivery Schedule management

- Supplier delivery communication management

- Supplier delivery time window scheduling

- Coordination on supplier delivery / customer material control / warehouse inbound control / truck entrance management

- Supplier performance management

- Supplier/customer documentation management

- Coordination/management on return stock / supplier container management

- Performs other related duties as assigned

Who we are looking for我们寻找的人才:

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience

- At least 2 years of supervision experience in planning/order management role.

- Prior Planning Experience in a Manufacturing setting, prefer experience in an automotive manufacturing environment

- Inventory level management and planning, matching forecast demand with on hand, on order, or in transit quantities

- Knowledge of Purchasing, Inventory Control, and Materials Management processes and inventory management methodologies

- Microsoft Office Suite with demonstrated proficiency in Excel (Able to work with pivot tables, use lookup formulas, etc

- ERP system experience

- Effective oral & written communications skills – Excellent English is mandatory

- Strong analytical skills with focus on critical thinking and business process management

- Self-motivated, energetic, and able to perform with little supervision
