? Finance and Accounting knowledge
The Project Coordinator is responsible to manage the co-ordination and the execution of the quote to order process for the
Automotive Embedded Sales Channel. The Project Coordinator is also responsible to assist the Project Manager with
coordinating activities and resources in support of service projects from conception through to completion.
? Manage the coordination and execution of the quote/agreement to order process in accordance with Mentor Graphics’
policies. Responsible for order packet creation and for ensuring correct order booking, invoicing, revenue recognition and
licensing elements are understood and included. Responsible for deal management activities including, but not limited to,
temporary software licenses, customer relocations, transfers, upgrades, etc. Be a "trusted advisor" for PS Business
opportunity quote to booking activities.
? Assist the Project Manager with coordinating activities and resources for his/her service project. Support project financials
reporting in collaboration with PS Project Managers, Services Finance and the PS Operations PMO. Support resource
management reporting in collaboration with PS Project Managers, PS Business Managers and the PS OperationsRMO.
Support and train PS Business resources as needed - time and expense submission and approvals; project management
activities in OpenAir (PSA Tool), etc. Be a "trusted advisor" for OpenAir system usage for PS Business project set-up and life
cycle management.
? Assist with the creation, analysis and documentation of existing and new PS Operations and PS Business processes and
systems use with the goal of reaching standard practices and methodology across PS Business Operations worldwide. Act
as a“Dedicated Point of Contact” and liaise with cross-functional teams such as Services Finance, Legal, IT and Worldwide
Order Fulfilment concerning PS Operations policies and procedures. Work collaboratively with these teams on process and
system improvements which impact on PS Businesses and on the PS Operations Team.
? Ensure compliance with PS Operations and with Mentor Graphics operating policies and procedures.
