职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、在项目初期针对项目情况为业务人员提供法律方面的支持；
2、在项目立项后，参加项目的尽职调查，出具项目尽职调查报告；
3、参加公司项目的审核及评审工作，参与制定项目方案，提出项目潜在的风险，并提出规避的措施建议；
4、负责组织起草、修改、审查公司对外签订的所有合同文本及文件， 并负责公司法律文件的面签工作；
5、参与公司风险项目的处理，负责管理公司出现的一切法律纠纷；
6、负责公司业务规章制度制定管理工作，对公司规章制度的执行及落实情况进行监督检查等；
7、及时揭示公司运营中存在的法律风险并提出相应的解决方案；
8、负责完成上级领导交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1.大专以上学历，硕士毕业优先，执业律师优先；
2.金融投资类企业法律风控经验，有企业IPO经验优先；
3．有全面法律专业知识，熟悉汽车金融投资法律法规、国家政策；
4. 熟悉汽车金融投资业务模式，熟悉企业法律风险分析；
5. 良好职业素养，沟通协调、判断能力强，责任心强，严谨细致、坚持原则，良好团队合作精神。 举报 分享
