About the role and responsibilities:

This position is in the Sales department which is dedicated for Project vertical. This role is responsible for business development in Project vertical.

Main Activities

1. Identify new onshore & offshore opportunities

2. Work with Solutions, Pricing, EIT, Operations, and HR to develop the most appropriate and mutually profitable solution for the client

3. Understand and evaluate the capabilities and implementation requirements in new project opportunities.

4. Work with project vertical leader to develop capabilities to identify clients & opportunities within the vertical territory plan.

5. Monitor and communicate performance against planned goals.

6. Assist with implementation of new accounts.

7. Participate in new business Client sales and assist in closing new opportunities.

Main Responsibilities

1. Full participation in the Projects Division in New Business Development and implementation requirements.

2. Meeting agreed targets and KPI's.

3. Producing presentations, tenders, rates and other sales functions.

4. Keeping up to date with materials to ensure it is current and aligned to global requirements.

5. Keeping abreast with general supply chain and project freight requirements to provide the best solution possible to clients.

6. Foster a learning & development culture and assist with the transfer of knowledge to the wider Area Sales Team.

Who we are looking for:

- Bachelor degree or above

- Must have at least 5 years experience within the China freight forwarding industry and preferably with project freight experience

- Must be bi-lingual in Chinese and English

- Advanced - MS Office i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project and Visio
