Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for China media relations with focus on not only traditional media , but also digital media.
2. Establish and build good relationship with important media, especially traditional core media to maximize brand exposure and press value in both tier 1 and tier 2.
3. Oversee Editorial Calendar and press request in terms of product/brand assets and PR samples, ensure the best and the most efficient response to media.
4. Prepare, coordinate and organize PR Events; deliver PR report efficiently.
5. Assist line manager to supervise all aspects of production, communicate with vendor and execute within budget.
6. Monitor and check all expenses to ensure smooth invoicing process.
Requirements:
1. University graduate or above.
2. Mandarin and English both writing and speaking is required, solid writing skill.
3. Good presentation skill and excellent in all Microsoft Office programs.
4. Solid experience in PR and communications with at least 3-4 years experiences on traditional PR, and must familiar with traditional core media.
5. Having agency management and communication skill.
6. shall be Independent and with mature personality to handle multi tasks.
