职位描述：
Position Summary:
The position will cover the customer service responsibilities for all the customers in Taiwan, China and possible for other territories in Asia. Assists Regional Sales Managers for sales function, including quotes, POs, contracts. Communicate with US headquarters for quotes, shipment, payments, etc. Champion the regional logistics operation, including customs clearance, permits applications, return goods, shipping. Work with US Customer Service team to ensure all company’s operation in region follows government’s laws and regulations. If needed, contact US headquarters for material sourcing in region.

Position qualifications:
1. Associate or Bachelor degree
2. 2 to 3 years’ customer service and customs clearance experience in an electronic materials industry, precious metal experience is a plus.
3. Hands on computer skills
4. Experience in a Sales department a plus
5. 3 or more years’ experience working in a fast paced high volume Sales or Customer Service Department
6. Excellent organization skills
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Pleasant telephone manner and listening skills to enhance relationship with customer
9. Attention to detail a must
