职位描述
PURPOSE - Briefly state your job's overall purpose in one or two sentences, highlighting the general function or duty for which your position is responsible.
Reporting to the Supply Chain Director- XXX, this role is to provide the full range of Continuous Improvement & Productivity services to all China Supply Chain with initial focus on 2 Manufacturing sites.
1. To identify areas needing improvement in the processes, procedures, and tools usage that will result sustainable solutions across factories
2. To lead the planning and implementation of HGPS (integrating TPM, Lean, Reliability and Organization) across the China factories
3. To manage and lead CI projects / initiatives to deliver objectives as identified by the VP of Supply Chain and Global Continuous Improvement team across China Supply Chain
4. To build capability of the CI team by providing training and mentoring to site CI Managers and work with Global Continuous Improvement team members to develop standardized tools & processes for continuous improvement.
5. To identify Best Practices including, but not limited to, yield improvement, process improvement, manpower utilization, overhead spend, capital utilization, indirect spend, factory utilization, factory efficiency, work capital both raw material and finished goods.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES-List the activities you perform on a regular basis. Identify the major end result your position is expected to achieve for each of these activities.
- Work closely with Management in planning, developing, and implementing a Continuous Improvement culture.
- Drive change and process improvement projects and programs at multiple manufacturing sites.
- Lead the planning and implementation of the HGPS programs at manufacturing sites in China. Be a master on HGPS in provide coaching and training.
- Accountable for ensuring documentation and sustainability of completed projects.
- Influence Plant Management through demonstration of how better tools and processes can increase the efficiency of their work.
- Develop efficient, standardized report methods for key department metrics.
- Identify, develop, and implement new tools and templates to improve operational effectiveness of department.
- Develop and deliver training plans for newly developed tools and processes and incorporate these tools into existing on-boarding activities.
- Support the Supply Chain Vice President in establishing and implementing the Supply Chain KPI's and Monthly Review process. Consolidate by-site and by BU KPI's into monthly reports.
- Act as a department liaison with Continuous Improvement professionals in other areas of Supply Chain.
- Benchmark (internally and externally) and reapply best practices on CI program and HGPS implementation.
- Travel approximately 60% of time with the potential of some extended periods of 2 weeks or more.

KNOWLEDGE
· A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Food Science or Industrial Engineering. Understands continuous improvement technologies, equipment design and process design.
SKILLS
· Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Certified
· Excellent understanding of Continuous Improvement Systems, Processes, Technologies.
· Strong leadership and influencing skills
COMPETENCIES
· Ability to lead a portfolio of projects in excess of $xxMM annual productivity
· Able to facilitate data-driven statistical approaches to problem solving; gathering and analyzing project data.
· Able to provide mentoring and coaching to Continuous Improvement Leaders
· Able to teach Green and Black Belt Lean Six Sigma classes
EXPERIENCE
· 8 years operational experience or equivalent educational background.
· 5 years of continuous improvement experience.
· Extensive involvement and increasing responsibility in factories and operations demonstrating continuous improvement results.
· Food Safety knowledge and experience is prefer
