Would you like working in a fast pace and multicultural environment? Then PUMA is the right place to be! Become a member of our successful Operations team based in Shanghai, We are currently looking for a (Senior) Executive, Product Integrity - Labelling.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Work with cross functions to ensure that all the Puma products sold in China market are properly labelled and comply with China mandatory regulations for sell. Align and continuously enforce the labeling process with the involved parties to seek for the efficiency and cost excellence.
Task 1:
- Follow up the labeling process and work with cross functions (PGS/Label Vendors/Merchandising team/Product Integrity - Quality/CPG team) to ensure all the Puma products are properly labelled before ex-fty.
Task 2:
- Work with 3PL and label vendors closely on VAS to ensure the work could be done in the aligned timeline so as not to affect on-time launch. In case there is any delay due to VAS, proactively keep business team informed. Set up VAS tracking report to track and record each label/hangtag issue with root cause behind. Set up & submit VAS-Monthly report to PGS for improvement.
Task 3:
- Work with IT and PGS for system enhancement to automate the label/hangtag ordering process. Monitor the label vendor performance, hold regular meetings to review the outstanding issues with the vendor and seek for long-term solutions to improve the process.
Task 4:
- Study the latest China national standards regarding label and hangtag. Keep updating Puma labeling manuals in time to ensure the changes do not affect the normal product sales in the market.
Things you should bring along / Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, textile profession is a plus
- MS Office operation skills, esp. Excel
- Fluent in English speaking, writing and reading
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills. High level of integrity and attention to details. Team player
