A day in the life…
? Act as a consultative thought partner- Lead client intake sessions, build trust and probe to understand the why to assess areas of opportunity
? Impact compelling change and improvement- Drive “just enough process” dialogs to establish process where it counts and optimize productivity
? Be a part of the solution- Develop meaningful business requirements and translate into automation opportunities
? Advocate for TWDC value- Create business case and justification to ensure teams are focused on most valuable work to advance TWDC business and talent acquisition strategies
? Translate concept to action- Establish high level resource estimates and key milestones for accomplishing work
Basic Qualifications:
? 3 + years’ experience in a Talent Acquisition / Recruitment organization, Human Resources, Technology or a related field
? Demonstrated expertise providing consultation and project management
? Highly advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
? Proven ability to implement change within an organization, ensuring understanding, participation, and ownership.
? Experience contributing to full lifecycle project execution (design, development, delivery and implementation)
? Prior experience with multiple recruitment platforms including: Applicant tracking systems, Talent Pipeline Systems, Human Resources Management Systems, and Integrated Vendor Systems, other recruitment databases
