The main duty is to study the best way to carry out the event.

Has to identify the target audience.

Be responsible for planning and coordinating all aspects before any can be executed.

执行活动前负责制定活动计划，并协调活动所需的各方面

Has to execute the event and ensure that it complies with the local and national safety regulations.

确保活动安全、顺利地执行

Needs to draw up the budget for the all that is needed and negotiate for low prices on behalf of the client.

活动前制定预算，代表客户与第三方供应商协调，获得具有竞争力的第三方价格

It will be the duty to hire staff and equipment.

负责招聘活动团队员工及设备

Has the responsibility to cater for each client’s needs and handle all the money and keeping a record of the expenses.

满足客户需求，管理并记录活动所需花费

It will be needed to be a part of the marketing process.
