Texas Instruments Incorporated (TI) is a global semiconductor design and manufacturing company that develops analog ICs and embedded processors.
-Responsible for the proper Facilities support to TI Design & Sales offices operations in Shanghai and other assigned area in China, provide the following services: office and lab relocations/rearranges/new construction; building operations and maintenance; -Oversee maintenance of TI Sales and Design Shanghai sites. Develop and coordinate contract personnel needed to support these systems, including cleaning, plant, and landlord activities. -Work with and support TI building occupants (office and labs) to ensure safe, secure, and productive work environment. -Contact with building owners in regard to facilities services support. -Coordinate layouts and internal building configuration to meet business needs of the organization occupying the spaces. Develop designs for new office and lab areas based on gathered inputs from different business groups. Assist in the design, implementation, commissioning and build out of new facilities if required. -Maintain up-to-date building and system documentation. -Work closely with EHS team to ensure the compliance with EHS regulations, codes and policies -Work with Security team to maintain an adequate security control System. -Cooperate with IT team to ensure data center facility operation and maintenance in good condition -Interface w/ local governmental authorities as it relates to Facilities activities/properties and ensure that TI remains in full compliance to laws and regulations. -To organize routine inspection around workplace and facilities and track the status of work order, including vendor KPI assessment, service standard renew, contract renew and cost tracking & control.
