Responsibilities:
? To play as junior role in LMS team, efficiently handling daily end-to-end process of pooling service, including cash pool reports preparation, interest & commission settlement, EL repayment/adjustment, etc.
? To maintain high-standards of service level in providing specialized service to selected clients according to tailor-made procedures.
? To act as back-up processor for deposit service, including checking client instructions of various types of deposit, filling transaction sheet to BACI for system input, conducting day-end checking on system booking, completing system maintenance in PR & CHILDREN, etc.
? To compile various regulatory or internal reporting in a timely and accurate manner by abiding by procedures.
? To keep positive communication with internal counterparts, including client service, product, sales, finance, etc. to resolve enquires or issues in daily processing.
? To file and categorize pooling/deposit transactional documents in good order for internal & external audit checking.
? To participate in projects UAT related to pooling/deposit service as assigned to provide testing results from operation user perspective.
? To complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by team supervisor.
Requirements:
? University degree or above.
? At least 2 years’ relevant working experience banking operations, with liquidity product knowledge would be a plus.
? Accountable for assigned tasks.
? Strong team work spirit and ability to work under pressure.
? Good interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
? Good command of both written and spoken English.
? Proficient with MS word, Excel and PowerPoint.
