Major Responsibilities
主要职责

1. Establishing tooling drawings and process documents to guarantee all the documents are complete and correct.
负责（工装图纸和工艺文件）的编制校对工作，保证所有工艺文件的完整、正确和齐全。
2. Process supervision and inspection, PFMEA, and devotion to production control plan.
负责相关过程目标监控和测量，负责编制PFMEA，参与生产控制计划制定。
3. Establishing process plan for new products.
负责新产品工艺方案的编制。
4.
Measuring production time, calculating operator headcount demands,
investment demands, and working out & following up sustainable
improvement plans.
测算生产时间，计算生产员工需求数量，以及相关投资需求，负责持续改进的提出、落实。
5. Verifying tooling designs.
负责组织工装设计方案的审定。
6. Impementing new process & technology.
负责新工艺、新技术的推广和应用。
7. Supervising tasks fulfillment of process team.
负责工艺组工艺、工装等的任务的落实。


REQUIREMENTS
要求

Above 3 years of process management experience in automotive exhaust system fields;
3年以上汽车排气系统工艺管理经验；
Detail oriented, excellent communication skills, organizing and managing skills, and independent tech-problem-solving abilities.
注重细节，良好的沟通协调能力，团队组织和管理能力，独立处理技术问题的能力；
Bachelor above
大学本科以上
Proficient in technical knowledge about exhaust system and fields related;
精通与汽车排气系统及相关专业的技术知识；
Proficient in stamping, muffler manufacturing, pipe bending, welding, canning, FMEA and SPC;
精通冲压、制消、弯管、焊接、捆绑加工工艺、FMEA、SPC；
Familiar with tooling building;
熟悉工装制造；
Familiar with QMS such as TS16949;
熟悉TS16949等质量管理体系。
Familiar with CAD and computer;
熟悉CAD制图，熟练操作电脑
Organizing and coordinating strengths;
具有较强的组织协调能力；
Engineer qualification;
工程师资格

Tenneco (Beijing) Ride Control Systems Co., Ltd (short for TBRC) established in 1995, is the earliest joint-venture company that Tenneco has invested in China. The joint venture partners are world-known Tenneco Automotive (TA), which owns 65% equity, and Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (BAIC), which owns 35% equity. The Register Funds is USD8.3 million. TBRC is engaged in designing, developing, manufacturing and marketing automotive shock absorbers. As a part of Tenneco’s global network, TBRC can fully share Tenneco's global accumulated technical experience and world leading design ideas. Additionally with advanced production equipments and process technology, it fully ensures that TBRC can provide high-quality shock absorbers to any OE customers around the world as per their demands.

TBRC locates at Wutong Road, Tongzhou Industry Development Zone of Tongzhou district in Beijing. The plant occupies an area of 30,774 m2 with construction area of 14,000 m2. Under more than ten years' development, now the company has the annual production capacity of 2.5 million units of shock absorbers. Along with its growth, TBRC has established good cooperation relationships with main OEMs in China, including FAW-VW, SGM, CFMA, DPCA, Beijing Hyundai, JMC, Changhe Suzuki, etc with supplying high-quality shock absorbers for high-level passenger cars such as Audi C6, EII, Parking Avenue, Focus, Mazda 3, Volvo S40, Peugeut307, Transit, Grand Caravan, etc.

In order to better serve the OE customers, TBRC builds its own JIT warehouses in Changchun, Shanghai, Wuhan, Chongqing, and Jing Dezhen, which ensures the fast and convenient logistics service.

To supply excellent-quality shock absorbers for OE customers is TBRC's service tenet. The Company has passed ISO9001, QS9000，ISO/TS16949 and ISO 14001, 18001 quality systems.
