This role is responsible for the strategic and tactical channel security and quality within China and other countries/regions China Channel Quality & Security team manages. This includes ensuring that pre-defined security/quality standards are achieved throughout all testing centres (company owned or partnered sites). It involves close collaboration with the quality and security teams in America, EMEA and APAC regions and support in the refinement and implementation of global, corporate standards.
Working closely with channel sales, program managers, technical support, global quality team and security team and exam sponsors, the Channel Quality & Security Analyst also helps to resolve multi-functional or multi-process problems to ensure the current and evolving customer needs are met and the high-quality and security test delivery in all test centres across the region.
50% Quality Management
? Ensure that quality standards are maintained and that quality objectives are being met or exceeded by the channel; where individual test centres do not meet objectives, identify the causes and implement appropriate corrective action.
? Ensure quality standard are met while doing the new site application process/background verification to ensure a quality testing channel.
? Coordinate with the testing channel on train them on Pearson VUE policies and procedures.
? Ensure appropriate regional communication and/or localization of relevant channel communications.
? Ensuring all event related Quality processes are streamlined for smooth flow of information and successful event delivery.
? Handle the Regional Quality Incident box and ensure incidents are closed as per the severity.
? Analyse data and share the monthly reports on major accomplishments, challenges and tasks at hand.
? Do random site audits across the region before and after activation of channel testing sites.
50% Security Management
? Coordinate the investigation, tracking and remediation of regional test security incidents and complaints, implementation of findings and corrective actions.
? Identify, gather and analyse evidence pertaining to security investigations
? Examine test results, video clips and other relevant data as required.
? Undertake or coordinate statistical analysis of test security data.
? Conduct investigative research using the internet and online databases
? Conduct background checks as required.
? Ensuring all event related Security checks and processes are streamlined for smooth flow of information and successful event delivery.
? Support regions in investigative analysis as required.
? Liaise with the global security team, program management, technical support and other departments in response actions as required.
? Maintain accurate and extensive documentation, knowledgebase of findings and evidence.
? Prepare incident notification and closure reports for management and sponsors.
? Coordinate the regional security awareness program
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CONDITIONS
Physical requirements: Yes
Travel requirements: Some travel is required.
Other: Comfortable to communicate over telephone.
Education and Experience:
? Bachelor Degree or equivalent 1 – 2 years experience in related fields
? 1 to 2 years of IT security experience, Research and/or investigative experience in corporate or fraud investigation preferred
? Experience with Microsoft Office software suite
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, Korean and English

? Proficient with data analysis (raw to complex)
