Job Description
Leading the whole order fulfillment process of the automated DC serving the retail store network and EC customers across North China, managing and optimizing the DC operation mode to deliver best in class service at lowest cost

Tasks ：
· Planning, managing and optimizing the operation mode for the fully automated DC.
· Leading the whole order fulfillment process to deliver best in class service at lowest cost.
· Balancing and integrating order fulfillment needs of all 5 brands (ONLY, Jack & Jones, Vero Moda, Selected, J.Lindeberg).
· Balancing and integrating order fulfillment needs of both retail stores and EC customers.
· Optimizing the normal season and peak season operation mode to support business development.
· Driving efficiency improvement by balancing the capacities of each functions and staff planning.
· Monitoring and controlling the whole DC operation, and leading issue resolutions by coordinating DC operation managers, IT resources and LTS (Life Time Service) engineers.
·Leading the Control Tower Team to build the capacities required to meet the current and future needs of the business development.
· Building the Control Tower Team to be a strong and performing team.

Skills：
· Experience in managing automated DC
· Deep knowledge on WMS
· Strong planning capability
· Logical, structured way of thinking and analyzing
· Experience in managerial position
· Good communication and coordination skills
· Good English skill is preferred
· EC experience is preferred
