此职位兼部分行政工作，培养方向为行政专员或市场专员。

工作职责：

1、负责公司前台接待及电话接转；
2、负责公司公文、信件、邮件、报刊杂志的分送；
3、每月统计确认部门考勤；
4、对来访客人做好接待、引导及时通知被访人员，保持良好的礼节；
5、负责复印、传真和打印等设备的使用与管理工作，合理使用，降低材料消耗；
6、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。

职位要求：

1、英文、秘书、中文等相关专业大专及以上学历；
2、应届毕业生，具备主动求学意识和能力；
3、英文良好，具备日常口头及书面的沟通水平；
4、相貌端正，待人热诚、有亲和力，工作积极主动，沟通协调能力强；
5、熟练使用办公软件、办公自动化设备。；
6、良好的职业道德和操守，具备服务意识和保密意识。
