Role Description:

This position will be based in Beijing office, introducing oversea Language Travel courses mainly to parents whose children of 7-18 years old. The successful candidate will be responsible for direct sales and customer services; also B-to-B sales experience, marketing experience and oversea study experience will be good plus.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales- to execute the sales plan and achieve target sales goals. Use CRM systems to follow up on sales process and service process. To implement various sales skills, i.e fact-to-face counseling, telesales, Infomeeting etc to close deals very effectively. To build solid business relationships internally and externally to recommend EF oversea courses to existing EF customers to fulfill their diverse English education needs.


Marketing-participate in some local marketing and take some marketing initiatives to generate enquires for sales purpose


Customer service-manage the customer service and administrative part of the process (pre-departure information, visa service, etc). This position requires a lot of direct customer contact, negotiation, and customer service skills.




Personal and professional Skills:

At least 2 years sales and marketing experiences.
People person with influence and negotiation skills.
Ability to perform with multi projects under pressure. Working independently and comfortable with challenges.
Business and sales driven. Goal and results oriented.
Creative, lively and dynamic with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Open-minded, flexible, multicultural taste and wanting to grow a career in a unique multicultural company like EF.
Proven ability to develop new customers.
Self-motivated and able to solve business challenges with flexibilities and creativity. .
Detail-oriented and self-disciplined, good time management skills
Enjoy traveling and exploring new cultures
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good computer skill.
Oversea study or work experience is a good plus.



Travel Required:

Domestic and International travel for meetings and trainings


Language skills:

Fluent in English and Chinese
