Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 2-3 years work experience in B to C sales experience
3. Capable of working under pressure
4. Detail minded and results orientated
5. General English read and writing skills
6. A good communicator

7. Self-motivated and sensitive to customer needs.

Key responsibilities:

Sales
-Manage potential resource to achieve sales growth.

-Execute sales plan and achieve target sales goals and beyond

-Develop good relationship with students and their parents.

-Generate leads through creative and cost effective ways

-Cooperate with team member and leader to reach the target.

-Utilize database to optimize the sales performance
Marketing
-Participate in and attend marketing events such as Education Fairs, Information Meetings, etc
-Position and further develop the EF kids programs to 3-18 year old students and parents

工作职责：

-以电话、网络、当面沟通等形式为学员提供课程咨询服务

-及时对学员进行最新课程及相关活动的推广咨询及回访工作

-及时与新学员沟通、建立和维护学员关系平台

-配合市场进行相关课程及活动宣传工作

-完成每月的销售指标

职位要求：

-本科学历，市场营销等专业优先；

-2-3年销售经验，有相关行业经验者优先；

-良好的沟通表达技巧，抗压能力强；

-气质形象佳，英语口语书面表达能力佳；
