职位描述：
Production Mgr. 生产经理（一厂堆垛机生产和输送机装配）
主要职责（Main Responsibilities）:
生产管理Production Management
Responsible for the stacker manufacturing and conveyor assembling of Plant I and organize production based on production plan to meet the demands of project lead time and quality with the result in high performance.
- 以高绩效为最终结果，全面负责一厂的堆垛机生产制造和输送机的装配等，按照生产计划组织生产，以满足项目交期和质量的要求
Develop production plans and actions to meet the requirements of safety production, establish a quality & financial target of cost saving, earnings & benefits increasing.
- 制定生产计划和行动，从而满足安全生产，建立成本降低，收益、效率提高的质量及财务目标
Encourage and coach employees, direct training and induction of workers to improve work performance and acquaint workers with company policies and procedures
- 鼓励并培训员工，指导员工培训，提高员工的工作绩效，使员工更好的了解公司的政策和流程规定
Responsible for delivering production department KPI’S through management and full implementation of continuous improvement
- 负责管理生产部门的KPI实施及达标，全面实施持续改进项目
Work together with all departments to find solutions to achieve the plant production attainment, cost and quality of the products
- 与各部门通力协作，从而找到产品在产量，成本及质量方面存在问题的解决方案
Other tasks assigned by line Mgr.

资格要求（Qualifications）：
经验/教育背景 Experience/Education Background
Experience in Industry of Logistics Equipment manufacturing or assembling.
有物流设备制造或装配的行业相关经验。
Bachelor Degree or above, major in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
本科以上学历，机械工程或相关专业
Minimum 10 years of work experience in leading functions in the manufacturing industry, 3years in machinery manufacturing industry, above 3-year experience in production management.
至少10以上制造行业管理工作经验，三年机械制造行业，三年以上的生产管理经验
Experience in implementing lean manufacturing initiatives and 5S.
实施精益生产和5S的管理经验
Experience in performance management and KPIs
