The Role
The Progress Manager is responsible for enabling students to successfully reach their learning objective.
Also, the Progress Manager is responsible for contributing to sales targets as a result of the educational success and satisfaction of the students.
The Student Progress Manager is responsible for contributing to referrals, renewals and other service income as a result of the educational success and satisfaction of the students.

Key requirements
Bachelor degree or above, overseas background is a plus
Excellent English communication skill, TEM8 is preferred
At least 1 year work experience is a must.
Strong customer services experience is preferred; education industry background is a plus.
Sales experience is a preferred.
