Customer Relations Officer客户关系专员

The Role
As the leader of student service team, work closely with sales and academic team to reach students' satisfaction of their study experience in EF.

Responsibility:

-Track the student oral test scores after he/she takes the oral test with one of our native teachers and design the suitable course for students.

-Communicate with students on daily basis, answer students’ inquires and help students solve their problems.
-Deal with students’ complaints and help to reach students’ study process.
-Hold students’ orientation session, update the study schedule online.
-Update students’ database (start and finish date, phone, level suspension date…)
-Handout questionnaires and work on the problem tracking system
-Work closely with sales team and finance team to keep the refund rate as low as possible.
- Achieve the sale target been given from Center Director (contract renew)

Requirements:
-.Bachelor degree or above, education Major is a plus
-Having experience on customer service 2 years solid experience in customer service is plus
-Good command English both on speaking and writing and good speaking in mandarin;
-Excellent presentation and communication skills
-Highly patient, responsible and devoted to work
-Able to work well in a team environment and work under pressure
-Good computer skill at office software, and internet;
-Willing to work on weekend and have weekdays off.

-负责与学员的日常沟通，帮助学员解决在校学习除学习专业外的所有问题
-处理来自学员或学员家长的投诉，以达到客户满意标准
-协助外教老师授课，保证学生的学习质量
-管理并维护在读学生信息，及时更新变更信息
-负责学生满意度调查问卷的发放及调查结果的收集，以及推动客户的再消费。

职位要求：

-本科学历，教育相关专业优先；

-1-2年客户服务经验或相关行业销售经验优先；

-英语口语交流能力优秀，普通话流利；

-良好的沟通交流技巧，工作耐心、细致、有责任心；
