This position will be based in Client's office.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare clients’ monthly vouchers, financial report and analysis to ensure the accuracy in recording and reporting to client on a timely basis;
2. Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of monthly closing and prepare reporting package for clients;
3. Coordinate in clients’ audit process;
4. Initial setup for new clients’ accounting system;
5. Meet and communicate with clients regularly to fully understand the needs and requirements of clients;
6. Liaise with tax officer and maintain good relationship with relevant government authorities;
7. Manage a team of accountants on effective utilization, recovery and to ensure team quality client service;
8. Handle and respond to routine client administrative concerns;
9. Assist and to support Account Manager on business development activities;
10. Coach and responsible for the work performed by the accountant in charged under the assigned client portfolio;
11. Other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or related disciplines;
2. 5-7 years and more experience in areas of accounting & tax; financial review, management accounting, etc.;
3. Demonstrate a good knowledge in PRC GAAP, PRC Tax Laws and Regulations and forex regulation;
4. Excellent knowledge of computer skill including MS Office, Kingdee, and/or UFIDA
5. Good command of both English and Chinese;
6. Strong organizational, multi-tasking, time-management skills and with strong sense of responsibilities;
7. Excellent commitment to job, positive initiative, a good team player and with right attitude to work; and
8. Technically competent in resolving day to day operations relating to tax and accounting matters.
