Deputy PHEV project planning manager
Under the authority of PHEV DRDS Project Manager, Deputy PHEV project planning manager (Planning Pilot) is responsible of the SCHEDULE and RESOURCE (manpower & prototype) objective achievement of PHEV project in China, by carrying out the actions necessary to his/her elaboration, consolidation and management.
From his nomination until the job transfer, he:
? Constructs and adapts project macro planning (Level 1) and resource frame, respecting to PSA reference (SOD, methodology) and previous project retex,
? Guarantees on JEP with the contract planning & resources (manpower & prototype) of each metier,
? Pilot project detailed planning (Level 2), including process, nomenclature, timing and resource, respecting to the critical path of development and the budget defines,
? Proposes and implements the preventive or curative action plans necessary for planning resource objective achievement, including the preparation for each main project stage and
the information release,
? Pilot the construction and achievemnt of launch scenario (dates of launches and volumes associated), in bond with manufactory team and marketing team,
? Pilot the synthesis of means need, guarantees the production of prototypes, pre-production (mainly phase VRS1) and special vehicles (crash car etc), respecting to target devliery date and budget forecast.
Delegation by Project Manager, the main actions to achieve each deliverable are as follows:
1. Macro Planning:
? To build general project planning (SOD respected), as the interface with the each window person in charge different metiers, taking account of Base constraint, working calendar, and each pobjectives
(planning, costs, quality…) in project.
? To get validation for SOD adaptation in project on JEP contract, and follow adjustments possible for the phase after,
? To tear down the timing objectives to each metier, and make sure of the planning convergence between macro planning and level 2 detailed planning,
? To build the process for detailed planning project with co-work partners, as well as the contents (compared to complete perimeter) of each phase of definition project (DFNu, OCM),
? To alert the project team of any delay in terms of timing,
? To prepare and control the preventive or curative action plans necessary to keep the timing resource objective with any possible anticipation.
2. Budgets resources and prototypes:
? To negotiate the resources with the entity frame with DP/PIDR or RPP Program
? To coordinate the actions ensuring the convergence with metiers on these resource objectives (prototype, manpower and means)
? To distribute and assign to each metier with the multiannual envelope which is in coherence with the metiers' working plan,
? To build, optimize, then to ensure the delivery date of “prototypes”, assisted by MPOL, ONL, plant team in China, inculding:
- All partial means, means, prototype parts before industrial phase,
- Preproductions, vehicles On Line, means partial, off tooling parts (IOD) or parts at the beginning of industrial phase,
- Special vehicles, vehicles for sell after beginning of Batches Method,…
? To guarantee the modernization with final improvements for all the potential vehicles for sell.
3. Planning of launch:
? To establish, with the assist by JV plant and Marketing team, the launch scenario (Dates of AMC of the versions model, engines, options…, and volumes weekly associated), by piloting the meetings
“Robustness of the launch scenario”
? To establish, with the participation of marketing, JV plant team and MPOL, the planning of the special vehicles necessary to launching animation (journalists, show rooms, initial debut,…)
4. Project control and orgnization management (optional by project manager)
? To manage hierachically the planning pilot
? To apply the experience feedback by the other projects, and to enrich it by summrizing experience during project ongoing
? To guarantee the information sharing of project planning resource data, through managing Docinfo system (PLM in future)
? To establish, release and share the project indicators with project team,
? For each main stage, to propose a preparation for the project control plan: roadmap of project control, deliverables intermediate, seminar orgnization, adaptation of standard week, associated operational
REQUIRED KNOWLEGDE AND SKILLS
- Knowledge of the vehicle structure and system engineering:
General knowledge of the each subsystem in vehicle
Knowledge of convergence Style/Technique /Product
- Knowledge of the reference planning & resource, and project tools management
Tools for planning, methodologies, good practices and tools for project control
General knowledge of methodologies and tools for control of quality, the costs, the planning
Good knowledge of the operating processes of the various procurement
- Knowledge of the Production:
General knowledge of the constraints and industrial risks, the plans of launching
Good knowledge of the production for the sites of its project
- Soft skills on communications, team spirit, quick learning, responsibility, customer orientation
- Good speaking and wrinting sills in English
