What are my responsibilities?
- Siemens healthcare sector is the leading business unit within and outside Siemens, with the total revenue of around 10 billion RMB in China. The business growth rate for the last year is over 30% and it is very likely we shall maintain the momentum of growth this year. Over 4000 employees are working for Siemens China healthcare sector, and five operating companies are in existence in China. The modalities of Siemens healthcare cover MR, MI, Ultra sound, clinical products, CT, XP, diagnostic instruments and others.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
- Healthcare legal team consists of four lawyers, led by the lead lawyer in Shanghai office. The ideal candidate for the position in Beijing office shall:
1. PQE 6+ with international law firms or major MNCs;
2. Admission in China is a must, and overseas education/admission is a plus;
3. Previous healthcare business related experience is a plus;
4. Awareness of compliance is a must, though compliance is beyond the work scope;
5. Able to provide solution oriented advise, and be responsive to client's demands;
6. Fluent in En and CH and capability to work independently;
7. Frequent traveling is not required;
8. A solid team member to work with teammates, and capability to work with headquarter colleagues;
9. Willing to take on extra responsibilities to support performance of business and control legal risks.
