Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: India (70%) & China (30%)
AdinALL is a Programmatic Market Place (PMP), which includes the supply-side platform (SSP) for media suppliers, the Demand-Side Platform (DSP) for advertisers, . Let buyers and sellers make real-time bid (RTB) transactions on each ad's impression and click. In PMP, advertisers can purchase inventory from a wide range of media providers in real time, and the media suppliers can work with multiple advertisers to achieve effective real-time bidding and maximize revenue.
The Real-Time Bidding (RTB) Technology: AdinALL uses RTB technology to purchase and bid real-time for each ad's impression and click through the Machine Learning System. To optimize the delivery automatically, advertisers are able to access the crowd to improve advertising effectiveness on the right place in the right time, in mean while, greatly to improve the website of advertising inventory liquidity, so that buyers and sellers of advertising to achieve a win-win situation.
As a digital advertising company, we tailor the right solutions on both sides to save advertisers time and money in buying traffic through internet and help media suppliers to maximize revenue in advertising inventory liquidity . About the Opportunity:
The role of BDM is to acquire new corporate advertising based on AdinALL's business processes and systems to achieve the agreed targets. He / she will establish a corporate relationship with key decision-makers in the organization to create new sales opportunities by means of corporate networks, client profiling, and cold calling. The BDM will provide AdinALL Advertising Solutions products and services in a compelling value based offering to maximize sales and ensure new business is acquired in profitable manner.
Key Responsibilities:
The candidate is responsible for communicating and developing business with advertisers and media suppliers in India market, to ensure the procedure of demand and commercial cooperation
To visit local advertisers and media suppliers independently, as well as in business negotiation, contract auditing, operation and technical cooperation
To build and maintain a network of relationships with key advertisers and preferred media suppliers
To assist in maintaining potential and existing advertisers relationship
To generate own leads and opportunities on meeting our agreed KPIs in quarterly
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years working experience in corporate business development manager position dealing with national and multinational corporations
Prior experience in corporate internet advertising industry is desired but not essential
Strong communication and coordination skills, with excellent capability of business negotiation
High efficiency, strong execution and high sensitive of advertising industry development
Work under high pressure, quick learner, aggressive during in the internet advertising industry
Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent English & Chinese communication in both written and spoken
Able to travel frequently between India and China
