JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS:
On site quality control if some potential risks are defended, prepare quality improvement plan with supplier.
Help the supplier to find out root cause of the quality deviation if needed, provide suggestions to supplier for improvement and reducing defects, follow up the effectiveness of corrective actions.
Work together with Procurement department to achieve localization target and be responsible for FA release process.
Review quality documents before FA delivery.
If possible, conduct HGES IQA and supplier to evaluate FA result if FA parts meet difficult issues, or communicate with E&D regarding to solve the problem if needed.
Participate supplier audit and follow up corrective actions.
Judge inspection report of mass production parts.
Create 8D report and verify supplier actions in time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
2 years SQE working experience at least.
Mechanism, or engineering background, machining process knowledge will be priority.
Self-motivated and willing to work under pressure.
Good communication skill and team spirit.
Good command English with oral and writing.
