Job description:
This job will have two main directions: Assist and execute the marketing projects/campaigns internally for PTL Group; and to work as project manager and take care of clients’ marketing projects
- Assist in the making of PTL Group communication tools, such as PPTs, graphics and campaigns
- Manage PTL Group’s official WeChat account with content provided by Head of China Marketing
- Maintain and optimize the current PTL website
- Translate documents and news from English to Chinese or vice versa upon project request
- Assist in the organization and roll out of marketing seminars and events
- Assist formulating and following up with Chinese digital marketing proposals for clients.
- Coordinate with clients’ team and HQ for obtaining content and feeds weekly for their digital marketing platforms, e.g. WeChat, Weibo and website
- Daily monitor and maintain clients’ Chinese social media accounts
- Exhibition management and coordination with booth construction vendors
- Innovate in platforms for clients’ brand exposure in China.
- Manage third party partners who provide services for PTL’s clients regarding SEO, SEM, website development and social media, etc.
- Coordinate with third party suppliers when needed to complete tasks (designer, printer, consultants, vendors, news reporters, etc.)
- Carry out simple market researches upon request for team or clients’ accounts
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Marketing in China
- Excellent ability in Chinese social media accounts, from creation to management
- Skilled user of CS 6, e.g. photoshop, Illustrator
- Good communication skills both in Chinese and in English
- Eager to learn and quick learner
- Open minded and positive towards tasks assigned
- Responsible and committed
- Good team player and willing to help the other team members in urgent projects
- Show initiatives in carrying out tasks and contribute good ideas 举报 分享
