职位描述：
Main task:
Maintain the process related system; Drive statistical analysis and Support process engineer’s daily work.

Duties and responsibilities:
1. Maintain the continuious improvement system.
2. Maintain PFMEA.
3. Manage the department’s documents.
4. Improve the assembly and manufacturing system and its processes according to ZF standards and policies as well as customer requirements.
5. Modify assembly lines and related equipment as tooling, spare parts and back-up tools.
6. Implement engineering- and process changes as well as safety guidelines.
7. Train the relevant staff by means of “hands on”-practicing principles and techniques of the ZF production system.
8. Establish work instructions, line layout, assembly manual, back-up documentation and related documents.
9. Provide technical support to internal customers.
10. Assembly line programming.

 Competencies and experiences:
1. Bachelor’s degree in the field of engineering or similar
2. Min. 3-4 years of professional experience in quality assurance or manufacturing and assembly operations
3. Profound statistical analysis skills, with FMEA, 8D, 6 sigma knowledge is better
4. Fluent English
5. Good communication skills
