职位描述：

General Responsibilities:

Review SOP and related regulations with Warehouse manager, reports template mapping out;

与仓库经理定期回顾相关的规章制度，完成操作流程及报表

Staff on-job training to facilitate operation accuracy/efficiency/quality;

对仓库管理员就工作的准确/效率/质量方面进行培训指导

Cross function knowledge/experience sharing;

与员工分享专业知识及经验

Work close with system operator as ensure the wms system transaction for inbound, outbound, transportation tracing tasks. Handling the related data analysis and documents filling.

管理确认仓库系统操作员的记录，收货、发货、运输跟踪以及相关数据的汇总. 相关文件保管。

Daily operation communication with customers and suppliers.

负责与客户和承运商日常运作的沟通

Full compliant with sop，5s, safety rule and regulation

遵守操作流程，5s, 安全规则

Ensure warehouse security and safety;

确保仓库的安全

Adapt to shift work (2 shift per day)

适应倒班工作

Detailed Responsibilities:

Perform spot operations including but not limit to receiving/put away/picking /repacking/dispatch according to SOP;根据标准操作流程进行现场操作包括但不仅限于收货/存储/打包/发送急件

Assist warehouse supervisor to ensure operations accuracies/WH security and safety;

辅助主管确保操作的正确性以及仓库的安全性

carry out cycle count to ensure inventory accuracy;

执行周期性清点以确保仓库存货的正确性

Able to operating forklift能开叉车

Competency & Qualifications:

- Qualifications Requirements

Knowledge & Skills Knowledge of warehouse,

Education & Training Technical diploma or above

Experience 2 years or above

Personal Characteristics strong responsibility and team work player
