工作职责Job Description：

1、 认真查看邮件，对客户的订单要求不遗漏，不看错

Check daily email carefully

2、 积极与调度协作完成客户的订单要求

Coordinate with dispatcher to meet clients needs

3、 传达给客户和调度的信息要正确，完整

Make sure any details and information clear and correct to our clients and internal pass

4、 做好客户需求和公司资源调度的沟通协调工作

Communicate and coordinate with clients and internal resource

5、 熟悉所负责品牌的操作流程和报价

Familiar with our brands,SOP,quotation

6、 做好与各地代理的沟通协调工作

Coordinate with local agent

7、 做好客户信息及问题收集和反馈工作

Collect information and feedback

8、 及时准确的出具客户账单

Issue clients billing in time

9、 做好文档&POD的归档及管理工作

File management

10、 积极完成领导交办的其他工作

Others assigned by the line manager

3. 与同事能很好相处和合作

4. 书面英语和口语较好优先

5. 服从公司安排
