职位描述：

Core Accountabilities：

1. Master Clarks training tool kit and be able to train retail sales team, and the trainer for Clarks China franchise. Be able to develop localized premium version of training content.

2. Working closely with sales team and franchisee to integrate all training courses, resources & agenda.

3. Understanding visual merchandising brief and constantly giving market feedback monthly. Supervise visual merchandising execution at store level to ensure the execution is in-line with Clark’s brief.

4. Ensure Clarks brand presentation and product visual merchandising following company guidelines in all stores.

5. Assist with the set up of showrooms at the start of every season and for retail selling session

6. Provide coaching for franchisee /store managers after in-class phase trainings

Requirements:

· Knowledge of the Footwear industry would be beneficial

· Experience of the Retail environment is a must

· Knowledge of Visual Merchandising is a must.

· Experience of a store manager in an International brand would be ideal

· Experience within a Training based role would be ideal

· People skills

· Train, motivate and coach retail owners and shop staff

· Customer handling

· Presentation and training skills

· Communicate with a range of external customers and internal colleagues

· Plan and organise training sessions and store visits

· Able to deliver brand training, visual merchandising, and basic kids fitting training

· Good interpersonal skills, outgoing personality, caring, sensitivity on people ·

· Proactive and well-organized, detail orientation, sense of responsibility ·

· Frequent travel required mainly within Mainland China
