Responsibilities:
The CM Support Engineer manages production support engineering for a specific product or group of products after transfer from design to high volume production
Interfaces with design, process, test and product engineering to solve problems
Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing to improve yields and reduce technical/systematic issues
Performs statistical analysis to identify failure root cause and improve quality, electronics, differentiated brands, and a host of other solutions.
Required Qualifications
English level - OTDR knowledge
able to describe the main OTDR parameters, how to measure them
Good understanding of optical test equipment (constitution, debug, maintenance)
Good comprehension of the job proposed - Knowledge of optical test equipment (powermeters, sources, attenuators)
