职位描述
Reliability Engineer
Responsibility:
Active & Passive Optical Device Qualification & Reliability Test;
FMEA record & root cause analysis;
Qualification Test (Include R&D design phase Beta Sample product qualification, On-going product reliability testing, and reliability assessment) and Failure Rate Report;
Reliability estimation and calculation based on the three sets of data:
A. BOM (piece-part); B. field performance data; C. accelerated aging data;
Project handle of qualification and reliability test program during product transfer, new design and major change of mature product;
Support any new business of "Reliability Testing" Services from customer;
Responsible for external customer Lab audit and Lab Accreditations to support corporate business growth;
Coordinate training program for the whole team members to ensure working efficiency and employees' career development;
Optical Device Failure Analysis and Report for customer.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree at least 4 years, Master Degree 2 year or above related working experiences on optical devices reliability.
Major in optics, optoelectronics, or physics field.
Familiar with Telcordia Series / MIL-STD 883G Standard.
Familiar with DOE, Optical Device Testing.
Optical Device Failure Analysis Background.
Good Understanding of Statistics, Reliability Theory and Mathematical Modeling.
Familiar With Optical Active & Passive Device Operating Principle & FMEA.
Familiar With Optical Active & Passive Device Process, Adhesive Performance.
Familiar With C/C++/Matlab/Minitab Numerical Analysis.
Familiar with Laser Diode Product has the priority.
Familiar with WDM/Isolator/Circulator/GFF/ has the priority.
Familiar with Polarization Maintain Fiber Relative Device has the priority.
Good Management & Communication Skills.
Good Learning & Accept New Knowledge Skills.
Good English Read, Write, Speak, Listen Skills.l Familiar With Computer Operating System, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Product Development Process, Project Management Process, Coordinate among company departments.
