Position Description
Purpose of the Position:
? Take lead to deploy and sustain PEx in alignment with business strategy and corporate initiatives by assuring the effective use of the different improvement methodologies towards the achievement of plant, Division and Corporate strategic goals
Major tasks.
? Develop plant PEX strategy and road map
? Lead PEX team to work out annual PEX program and implementation to meet both plant and division PEX goals
? Drive PEX key projects like lean to achieve cost reduction target
? Coach plant stuff with lean tools application.
? Regular review with PEX committee
? Communicate and follow up with Division and cooperate PEX champion.
Education & Experience
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ 5 years working experience in plant.
？ At least 3 years working experience in lean manufacturing.
Required Skills
？ Good at lean manufacturing tools application like ( 5S/ standardization / fool proof/ VSM etc.) .
？ Project management skill
？ Good problem solving and analytical skills like ( QC 7 tools , SPC)
？ With good oral English skill.
？ Good knowledge in Lean
Desired Skills
？ With experience in PEX role
？ With experience in clean room molding production management.
？ with excellent planning skills.
？ Analytical, detail-oriented and goal driven
？ Facilitation skills.
？ experience in DMAIC/PQA/DESGN tools
？ Able to build strong and dependable teams.
？
Soft Skills
？ Good communication skill to interact effectively with colleagues and other supporting function.
？ Good skill of people motivation.
？ Good read and written English skills.
？ Good planning skill.
？ Good skill in using office like PPT.
