Job Summary
Veeva OpenData is looking for a QA Manager who wish to do the validation and verification on data, who has a passion for helping OpenData Steward team achieve their business vision. The candidate responsible to check data according to SOP (standard operation process). Also, candidate will be arranged to design QA SOP document. You will be part of a young and exciting company, If you have a passion for data and quality – this is a great opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
1. Establish and complete the checklist of the HCP/HCO data deliverable
2. Find the business logic of different customers in the data and establish the logic checklist for HCP/HCO and the HCP Profiling data
3. Use IT method to support the checking work and update the QA efficiency
4. Training the QA team to understand and operate the QA work
5. Working together with Project/Steward team
Requirements
1. Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple, diverse projects simultaneously
2. Good conceptual, organizational and communication skills
3. Persistence in pursuing operational excellence
4. Good verbal and written communication skills
5. 3+ years relevant work experience in testing role
6. Strong responsibility and flexibility under work pressure
7. Rich experiences on T-SQL, can use SQL Server, Access
Nice to have
1. Experiences in Pharma industry
2. Experiences in testing role
3. Ability to communicate in English is preferred
4. Knowledge in health care, life science or pharmaceutical sectors
5. Savvy of data issue identification
