1. 熟悉整个市场部工作包括竞争对手的优势和劣势,供给和需求等,并能努力实现销售目标。
2. 协助制定裸心泊的促销手段和实现销售业绩的最大化。
3. 通过不同的渠道开拓裸心谷,裸心堡和裸心泊的市场意识,并能灵活应用谈判技巧及散发创造性思维。
4. 负责发送报价企业客户,执行和支持业务上的预订,如:报价,合同的撰写,客户的对接。
5. 代表酒店,参加演讲活动,会议,营销活动从而吸引更多的投资并负责每月公司数据库的更新。
6. 积极地为公司品牌造势并且实行多种销售模式,如:制定销售计划,电话推销等,同时开发新的企业客源,并与现有的企业客户保持良好的合作关系。
7. 支持公司的服务和业务关系拓展,借鉴每一个客户的经验从而以更好的服务推进客户满意度的提升。为每一位顾客提供裸心一直保有的优良服务。
8. 增加与客户的互动来获取产品质量和服务品质的反馈。
9. 根据不同的客户需求推荐相应的服务,并在满足客户需求的前提下,做出超出他们期望的服务,同时建立起客户对公司的忠诚度。
10. 与现有的和将来的客户建立并增进客户与公司之间的关系来确保未来的预定量。与公司内外人员保持良好关系。
职位要求:
1. 大学本科,工商管理或酒店管理专业;
2. 良好的沟通和谈判技巧,中英文读写能力良好
3. 敢于直面困难,具有前瞻性思维
4. 有担当,注意细节
5. 能够独立工作,不怕困难
6. 最好能够专注于环保,可持续发展
7. 最少3-4年酒店行业或相关销售经验
8. 熟练办公软件操作
Main Responsibilities:
1. Understand the overall market including competitors' strengths and weaknesses, supply and demand etc. and identify business to achieve personal revenue goals.
2. Help to determine promotional price and strategy to maximize sales outcome for naked Water, also using negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts.
3. Increase market awareness through different channels for naked Stables, naked Castle and naked Water
4. Responsible for sending generic quotations and tailor-made itineraries for corporate groups. Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
5. Attend presentation, meeting and networking events to represent naked Retreats and generate exposure and leads in order to expand business development portfolio and responsible for monthly updating of the corporate database.
6. Actively generate leads for corporate events through proactive and aggressive sales actions such as sales plans and cold calls etc as well as build, maintain and manage relationships with corporate guests.
7. Support the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience. Provide excellent customer service consistent with the daily service basics of naked standard.
8. Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
9. Serve the customer by understanding their needs and recommending the appropriate features and services that best meet their needs and exceed their expectations, while building a relationship and loyalty to the company.
10. Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Qualification and Skills:
1. University degree major in business or hotel management.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both oral and written English & Mandarin.
3. Problem solving attitude and forward thinking.
4. Committed and detailed-oriented.
5. Able to work independently and have a “can do” attitude.
6. Devoted to nature preservation, ecotourism and sustainability is highly desirable.
7. Minimum 3-4 years working experience in hospitality industry or sales related.
8. Proficient in computer skills.
