工作职责 MISSIONS PRINCIPALES

1. Ensure to offer on-site technical service and material configurations to the customers (Consulting, aids, demonstrations etc.)

保证为顾客提供现场技术服务以完成材料配置（咨询，协助，示范等）

2. Participating in the on-site installations (Construction, Sports sections). And among all the activities, Gerfler is in charge of the completion of materail configuration.

参与工地上的材料施工（建筑，运动部门），其中材料配置由Gerflor（洁福）集团公司完成。

3.Ensuring the floor installation for sports fields during the period of some important campaigns (Tennis, Handball, Volleyball, Table tennis etc.); if necessary, backout of material also be included.

在一些运动会期间保证运动场地的路面铺设（网球，手球，排球，羽毛球，乒乓球等）；如果必要，也包括拆卸。

4.Training for the commercial agents to complete the installation for different products.

对代理商进行培训以完成不同种类产品的施工。

5.In charge of customer complaints handling. When conflicts happen, represent the company to put forward with feasible handling programs or proposals based on overall technical ananlysis and judgements.

负责客户投诉的处理。在发生争端时，代表公司对现状进行技术分析和判定，为问题的解决提出可行的建议。

6.Participating in the proposals or drafts for the principles of installation.

参与提议或起草地面施工的准则和程序。

7.Participating in the implementation of QSE principles with the empowered authorities.

参与行动并在其职能范围内实施QSE准则。

8.Ensuring the training (Especially to the agents of Gerflor) about how to install and maintain the products in the traing area or other construction sites.

1.2~3 years experience of similar position or the similar industrials.

熟练掌握粘合剂和地面基体材料的知识。
