Purpose of this role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will, as member of Volvo Parts Shanghai Finance team, be responsible for financial analysis for internal management and Volvo business areas.

Main Roles & Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for SAP & VIPS interface, reconciliation and update reports (incl. Sales, Cost of sales, Inventory and etc.)

2. Analyze stock adjustment by different reasons

3. Follow up scrapping activities and analyze inventory Net Realized Value (NRV) and make provision accordingly

4. Follow up supplier buy back, dealer buy back

5. Support with customer incentive program

6. Run and analyze operating expenses report per function and cost center

7. Perform financial reports ( incl. KPI, Margin, etc)

8. Follow up Volvo Parts investments processing

9. Support with legal administration - legal contract review, board of directors official registration etc

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree of Finance/Accounting/Business related.

2. At least 3 years of working experience in Finance/Accounting field, experience as financial analyst would be a plus.

3. Be familiar with global ERP system, for example SAP

4. Fluent English speaking & writing

5. Team-spirits

6. Strong communication skill.

7. Be willing to take initiative to drive improvement.

The position is located at Waigaoqiao in Shanghai - China.
