职位描述
Position Title: GTT-3P-SQE (24403BR)
Main Responsibility:
? Communicate Volvo GTT objectives and demands to the suppliers
? Participate / lead when evaluating suppliers, according to the Volvo GTT Manuals
? Set up and follow up quality targets with suppliers
? Carry out quality assurance activities with the suppliers, including administrative work
? Participate in cross functional teams in new projects to help to choose the best manufacturing technique towards project part on request
? Carry out and report fulfillment of APQP, including all APQP tools
? Carry out make/buy analysis using the appropriate tools
? Initiate/drive improvement activities at the supplier's facilities and specially cost reduction activities
? Follow supplier switch process, lead/coordinate quality validation during supplier change
Requirements:
? Above 3 years related experience in quality management/ project management/ Product development
? Related knowledge of plastic injection, Casting, ect
? Good project management skill and communication skills, proficient in English.
