Role Statement:
As IS (Information System) Manager of CIF North Asia, he/she will take full responsibilities of IS system for whole CIF North Asia, the IS manager in each country reports directly to him/her. IS includes, from one side, proper implementation and effective use of BV Corporate system – Finance, HRIS, CRM(AWI), other business supports (Legal & Compliance, TQR, HSE), production (Siebel, MAIA+, Maestro, etc.); from another side, develop and maintain CIF North Asia own IS tools. He/she will supervise digital transformation projects managed by a dedicated digitalization manager.

SCOPE OF WORK & ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Take full responsibilities of CIF North Asia IS (Information System) management
2. Ensure proper implementation and effective use of BV Corporate system for Finance, HRIS, CRM and other business supports (legal & compliance, TQR, HSE, etc.)
3. Put in place an organization to improve the implementation and effective use of BV Corporate production tools, with properly trained Key User for each application to ensure the supports
4. Define and Manage CIF North Asia local own IS tools development, in close cooperation with Service Lines and Operation Team
5. Work with Lean team to develop or implement IS tools, as part of lean projects to achieve savings
6. Manage interface with ISM team to ensure the efficiency of CIF North Asia IT/IS management
7. Get ISM supports to define IT architecture for CIF North Asia local tools development
8. Develop and manage IS budget for CIF North Asia
9. Coach High Potentials in CIF North Asia IS team

MINIMUM EDUCATION , EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor degree is a minimum, related major is preferred
2. ＞10 years related experiences in IT/IS management
3. Conversant with BV Corporate IT/IS system
4. Confirmed IT/IS management professional with success track records (to provide evidence)
5. Strong leadership, objective oriented
6. Self-driven, pragmatic and problem solving capabilities
7. Capabilities to listen, service spirit, team work
