l Monthly Analysis and Reports

- Review and maintain List price structure for products

- Review and discuss with management on Monthly expenses tracking

Budget Control:

- Review and evaluate Sales and Marketing program proposal.

- Review monthly Expense tracking for Actual vs Plan/Update benchmark by departments and take proper contingency action to ensure budget are under control.

l LRP Preparation

- Prepare Long Range Plan packages in consideration of the market environment and internal investment and strategy. Prepare presentation material required for executive meeting.

- New product launch evaluation and financial modelling

l Process Improvement

- Lead enhancement and further development to the current financial systems or model.

- Prepare ad hoc reportings from Division Headquarter/ management.

- Any other assignments per requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

l Industry experiences: Previous experience working within a Multi-national corporation is preferred.

l Position experiences: At least 5 - 8 years working experience in accounting practice or financial analysis with multinational companies

l Language Skills:Excellence in oral and written English

l Computer Skills: Excellence in MS office tools

l Mobility: Position is based in Shanghai. Minimal in-country travel may be required.

l Certificate Required: University degree. Professional Accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, ACA) is an advantage.
