岗位职责
Responsibilities:
-To set up and lead a national marketing team, covering the function of trade marketing, training, PR, media & branding
-To support the Sales General Managers and their national sales teams thru trade marketing, in-store promotion, trade fairs and training to make sure the sales target is met or over-achieved
-To work closely with the Marketing team in Europe in the regional branding and PR initiatives
-To develop a highly performing team that is capable of working under
pressure and short dead line
-To work closely with the key accounts together with the sales team in order to maximize the sales revenue and develop good relationship
-To ensure the annual marketing budget is well planned, spent and controlled

任职资格的具体描述：

Requirements:
-At least 8 years of solid experience in marketing function in consumer goods/FMCG/retail/luxury/fashion/fashion magazine industry
-At least 5 years in managerial role, national responsibility will be
preferred
-Strong experience in trade marketing and/or PR will be preferred
-Fluent in both Chinese and English; excellent communication skills
-Overseas working/study experience will be a plus
薪酬福利
职位年薪：50-70万
薪资构成：底薪 + 提成
年假福利：国家标准
社保福利：国家标准
