职位描述：
Responsibilities
? Communicate with all DOS and coordinate daily routine operation issues
? Support Sales incentive scheme implementation for sales staff
? Prepare and support retail management meeting
? Liaise and coordinate with stores and back office for sales events or activities
? Generate weekly, monthly, or other analysis report per required
? Manage expense related to retail department
? Coordinate travelling schedule/plan for retail department
? Assist Commercial Director in her travel plan, booking of flights, hotels and transportation, etc.

Requirements
? College or above with major in Business Administration and related subject.
? At least 5 years' of working experience in Sales Administration of retail field in MNC. Luxury industry is preferred.
? Familiar with daily retail administration operation procedure.
? Holder of accounting qualified certificate is plus.
? Good command of English in both written and spoken.
? Proficiency on operation of MS Office and SAP.
? Customer Service Oriented; Strong coordination skills, good team player, integrity.
? Familiar with procedures of relevant government authorities. 举报 分享
